Preparatory Enrolment

Preparatory Year: Prep students are Early Learners who will turn four years of age by 30 April in their Prep Year.
Kindergarten: Kindergarten students are Early Learners who will turn five years of age by 30 April in their Kindergarten Year * Principal may make discretionary decisions
Year 5 Extension: Extension year for preparation
Year 7: Middle Years Entry 2022

Enrolment Process

We require each applicant for enrolment to submit:

A completed Student Enrolment Application Form
An Application Fee of $100. This fee is non refundable and is payable over the phone, in person or by Direct Debt
A copy of your child's Birth Certificate
A copy of your child's Passport, plus residency Visa or proof of Citizenship if student OR both parents were born overseas
Enrolment is based on availability of places in each Learning Environment in relation to a proposed start date
Priority is given to siblings of students currently enrolled
Applications are processed by date of receipt

Enrolment Interview

The applicant and their Family will have the opportunity to meet with a member of the School's Executive Team. This is a wonderful opportunity for your child and yourself to discuss the individual needs of the student and the expectations of the parents and the School.

Confirmation of Enrolment

Once the School makes an offer of Enrolment or Conditional offer of Enrolment, Parents need to sign and return the Enrolment Contract as soon as possible.
A $500 Confirmation fee is payable at this time.
If an offer of Enrolment is made and accepted, not less than one terms' notice must be given if the Parent decides not to proceed with the enrolment. This is to give the School time to fill the position. If the required notice is not given, one term's fees may be charged.
